To all ya morons out there who insist that "purchasing" a HDB flat equals home ownership. SUCK IT UP!!!!!!!

This should serve as a wake-up call that the flat you "bought" is in actual fact spiraling all the way down to zero value wise; thereafter HDB happily takes it back and you are left with absolutely NOTHING.
