[GPGT] Visited the brand new Northshore Plaza I @ Punggol Way just now.....

This recently opened mixed development comprises residences sitting atop two retail floors; major tenants include McDonald's, Decathlon, Giant Supermarket and Anytime Fitness. Northshore Plaza II is slated to be unveiled early next year, with Guardian Pharmacy, 4Fingers Crispy Chicken and Cantine among other shops rolling up their shutters then.

Located in the heart of Northshore District in Punggol Eco-Town, Northshore Plaza is the first seafront New Generation Neighbourhood Centre to be built in an HDB estate.

Oh well, Sinkies disillusioned by the once again largely cookie-cutter tenant mix can at least look forward to drowning themselves in the nearby Punggol Reservoir. ;)
